RETURNS

 

We at Kaspar Studio aim to provide you with full satisfaction in regards to your experience with our website and services. Please note that our garments aren't possible to return unless faulty. We do our very best to provide you with a product of meticulous quality but if you do receive a faulty item, please notify us via email (barbora.kaspar.uk@gmail.com) regarding this issue and of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s). Returns received after this time frame or without notification will be rejected. Please note that any made to measure items cannot be returned.

When returning, please ensure to include the product reference and original order confirmation in the package. Customers must arrange their own return shipping service and cover all duty costs - any outstanding duties to be paid upon receiving your returns will be deducted from the refund total. We strongly recommend that you notify our team of any shipment tracking numbers you may have and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our studio.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be approved and the refund processed:

 

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached to receive a full refund.
Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.

If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges directly and recommend customers arrange a return for their original purchase and re-purchase replacement items directly on the site.

REFUNDS

We review returns and accept refunds within 7 business days of their arrival to our storeroom. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund being processed.

Please note that payment may take up to 15 business days to be received and refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery shipping charges selected.
